Yoghurt parfait with fruit & granola

A recipe which includes dairy, nuts, some carbs and fruit. Optional add-ins can make it spike in sugar, though!


Ingredients:

  • Vanilla/fruit flavor yoghurt
  • Frozen fruit
  • Granola
  • Nuts (optional)
  • Honey/maple syrup (optional)
  • Cinnamon and/or nutmeg (option)


Steps

  1. Assemble chosen fruits, yoghurt, granola and potential add-ins.
  2. Defrost fruit if frozen!
  3. Layer frozen fruit, yoghurt, add-ins and granola in a way that looks appealing.
  4. Bon appetit!
