Recommended that I don't recommend...

kangfarih

Hello everyone...

Today, I think I get distracted many time. I have stop scrolling for social media, but I still watch Youtube. You know, the recommendation is sometime became toxic. I have hiding chrome recommendation site and news, because I think I get distracted with that information, an information that I doesn't really need.

With youtube, usually I enjoy open the new notification. I know, it's good information, and I enjoy it. But, enjoyment destroy my discipline. Becoming to enjoy with watching video, I clicked next recommendation, and clicked again after that and after that, until I aware that I have been burning some of my life times into the thing that I don't really needed that time.

I think I will try to find a way. I don't forbid watching or do fun thing, I just forbid my self to do a thing that unnecessary at that time.

Ok, then, I think I need a time to talk with my self.

Bye, see You later...

You can disable YouTube notifications by going to your settings. I don't think the Recommended section on the home page can be disabled though
