Today is Sunday, February 14th 2021 and it's weird how quickly life moves. Just two days ago on Friday, I would not have expected to be wanting to move to a different US territory. I made some comments about it to my parents on Friday and then yesterday (Saturday) talked about it more, watched some related videos with my parents, and today it was finalized that I was going to be moving to Puerto Rico.

My dad will come with me initially, help me establish myself there, seek out some cheap condo or apartment I could stay in. I would go to Puerto Rico right now, but have to give two weeks notice to my employers first. I also have to complete my taxes and my parent's taxes in the States and pay off the minimum for my debts this month and get whatever else I need ready. This will be a permanent move. I'm planning on living in Puerto Rico for the rest of my life.

It's pretty scary having to leave everything behind, but it's for the better. I hope it works out. We'll see how it goes.
