Today Was A Bad Day

Today was a terrible day. I just did so many self-sabotaging activities that completely ruined a decent part of my progress. One thing I read though is that you should try to make your worst days pretty similar to your best days. So despite today being a horrible day, I still did a decent amount of my dailies. Overall it wasn't as horrible as it could have been, if I chose to not do those dailies. But yeah, today overall has been quite bad. It will take some time for me to recover.
