It’s been around two hours since I woke up. In that time period I was able to complete all of my brain training (except vocal), nearly all of my exercises (except plank, 3000 steps, push ups, and dead hang). I did all of my social media tasks, I did a bit of cleaning.
So it’s kind of crazy what is possible to do in two hours. Just two hours. So I have no excuses for not doing these activities. I also need to do them in the morning, because it’s much harder in the evening.
