Today I'm starting an activity log. It's just every hour, you write down what you have done in the past hour. I barely had any sleep today, and for the first time in forever, my sleep was interrupted, so I woke up extremely groggy. I'm still feeling very groggy right now, this is the first time I've felt that way in forever.
Even though I haven't been writing down journal entries the past few days, I have been exercising and doing all my other activities. Today is the most exhausted I have felt in forever. Ugh. I'm so tired.
Let me list everything I've done so far today:
I'm too tired for anything else.
Anyway, every hour I will need some reminder so that I can write down what I did the past hour. This way I can just look at any of my journal entries and know exactly what I did and when. Isn't that cool?
I will go back to sleep now.
