Activity Log

Today I'm starting an activity log. It's just every hour, you write down what you have done in the past hour. I barely had any sleep today, and for the first time in forever, my sleep was interrupted, so I woke up extremely groggy. I'm still feeling very groggy right now, this is the first time I've felt that way in forever.


Even though I haven't been writing down journal entries the past few days, I have been exercising and doing all my other activities. Today is the most exhausted I have felt in forever. Ugh. I'm so tired.


Let me list everything I've done so far today:

  • Woke up groggy
  • Brushed teeth
  • Worked and attended a work meeting
  • Had a Facetime call with Mary
  • Shaved
  • Did 5 pull-ups, 5 chin-ups, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 leg raises, 10 kettlebell from ground to all the way above my head lifts, 10 kettlebells behind my head
  • Started distilling some water

I'm too tired for anything else.


Anyway, every hour I will need some reminder so that I can write down what I did the past hour. This way I can just look at any of my journal entries and know exactly what I did and when. Isn't that cool?


I will go back to sleep now.

In the past 3 hours this is what I did:


  • Took a nap for 20-30 minutes
  • Took a shower
  • Messaged a girl
  • Went to Best Buy and bought open ear headphones
  • Went to Marshall's and bought vegan groceries
  • Came back home, posted on X, Threads, and BlueSky
  • Checked my weight

in the last two hours I:

  • Ate and watched random videos such as: PlugOS Review, Skyrim Wrist watch review, Carnac Stones Ancient Aliens, Giorgio Tsoukalos Meme origin, South Park History Channel Parody
  • Started Be Obsessed or Be Average by Grant Cardone audiobook
  • Played Beat Saber for 30-60 minutes while listening to BOBA (Be Obsessed or Be Average)
  • Completed my last brain training activity: Quick Math Daily
  • Completed the rest of my exercises for the day: 2 minutes knee plank, 1 minute plank, 1 minute wall sit, 20 reps of neck exercises

What a tiring day.
