9 Hours of Sleep, Did All Workouts

I'm very sleepy right now. I had 9 hours of sleep last night though. I did all of my exercises today. Yesterday was a failure, I barely did anything.


I felt my strength returning. On Sunday, I was barely able to do 1 pull-up or 1 chin-up, it was very difficult since it has been months since I did any. I started off slow, doing only 10 on Sunday, and then 15 on Tuesday. Today I was able to do 30 in a day. This is in a day by the way, not all at once. 30 of pull-ups and chin-ups. I also did a bunch of other exercises.


Today my muscles didn't hurt or anything doing any of the workouts. I was only able to do 10 on Sunday for example, because I wasn't able to do more. I physically could not do any more. Now I did 30 of both pull-ups and chin-ups.


Anyway, like how I started the post, I am extremely sleepy. I am jus going to sleep now. I'd write more but I'm not able to. I'm really so tired, my eyes are so heavy, I will pass out within a minute if I just close my eyes. That's how sleepy I am. But I still want to complete my journal entry since that's one of my to dos for the day. Night night.
