11 Minutes of Planking

Today's probably the most workouts I've done in a single day this year. I mean last year I was doing much more, but for this year, today has been the most I think. I did 11 minutes of planking today, composed of 2 minutes 2 times, and then 5-6 1+ minute planks. I did a bunch of other workouts too, and even walked outside. So yeah, I would say today is the day that I've worked out the most.


I'm pretty exhausted though. I'd write more but I am pretty tired. It is weird when I get to this point, because I would read some of my old entries where I would say I am too tired to write, and as a reader I wouldn't be able to fully grasp that feeling. Basically I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open, my body feels tired and sleepy, I feel very slow and groggy, all of what I'm feeling is just telling me to sleep. As soon as I stop typing and close my eyes to sleep, I'll fall asleep within a few seconds. That's how tired I feel. Bar caffeine or something that will get my adrenaline going, I won't be able to resist just passing out and sleeping.


So now I rest.
