Missed Today

I don't know what happened today. I didn't do all my workouts today. Maybe I just got tired of the repetitiveness.

Instead, I did my other habits. I also did a Farmer's Carry for over 10 minutes carrying 20 pounds in each hand. Maybe I got tired and fatigued due to that. Either way I just really did not want to exercise any more today. My body just didn't want to.


I learned to not be tough on myself, to be gentler and calmer. So any mistakes, I forgive. That is really all I can do, and the best I can do. Yeah.


My body still hasn't changed at all basically, even after all my workouts. I am a lot more muscular I think, but I am still way too fat to show off the muscles. When I flex though, I can sort of see that my arms are bigger, maybe. Maybe. I haven't measured it with a measuring tape so I don't really know how thick it is. Last time I measured it was 14 inches I think. My arms are not huge, but they do look huge on me, even though they are only like 14 inches which isn't huge at all. Still not worthy.


Anyway, that was my day today.
