I weighed 163.6 pounds as of this morning, whereas I was 163.5 pounds yesterday. So things aren't improving. I really have to change up my entire lifestyle now. I don't want to gain any weight. I can't keep declining like this.
This actually isn't the only thing stressing me out. It's a lot of things that I'll write about once I get my thoughts and life more organized.
