Last night, HGR, newbie, and I lost to the PIDF tower boss (we timed out). We were preparing to try again when HGR noticed his epic handgun had disappeared from his inventory. Seconds later, I noticed my refined metal pickaxe had also disappeared. They had both been in handheld slot #2. newbie theorized it was a memory overload glitch (the server couldn’t keep track of all the objects, so it dropped two of them).

We spent the next twenty minutes collecting mats to craft a new epic handgun for HGR, plus one for me (I had been using an uncommon one). Finally we went to challenge the boss again. The arena loaded…and HGR and I both realized our new guns were gone. Poof. Vanished.

newbie looked it up. It turns out there’s a glitch where if any player uses a grenade, all other players on the server have that inventory slot deleted. newbie had his grenades in handheld slot #2 and apparently opened our second attempt with a grenade toss.
