I have a girlfriend now, and she knows about this website. I made my past entries private for privacy reasons; my privacy and hers.

I’m very satisfied. She’s a great addition to my life and we’re going along great.

In the future there will be an opt-in feature, where “if I don’t log in for a year, make all my private entries public”. Maybe this will be a paid for feature too, so it’s not only opt-in, but you also have to pay to have it.

It’s basically for people who died (as evidenced not having logged on for a year), to have the private entries of their life publicized. The events of their life, inner thoughts, etc, will be made public, if they have agreed and opted-in and paid to do so.

i think it will be a cool feature that adds new meaning to “a year ago today”.
