I think it's the fact that little to no bad things have happened in our neighborhood ever since we moved in (the reason why I said little to no is because there was this one time where this drunk guy with two girls knocked on our backyard door and we were scared af & one morning two (foxes??? coyotes??) came out from a bush facing in front of our house and went to another bush in our neighbor's backyard and we were so confused)

it's 10 minutes' walk from the train station, super convenient. and on the way to the station I pass two apartments with cats and sometimes the cats are looking out the window and I say hi
we might have coyotes here too? idk one time I saw a (sorta dog-like gray-brown) animal run across the road into a brushy/wooded area
