I'll be quite busy tonight so I gotta make this short. I'm happy that I've successfully baked my own home-made bread!

Those 4-5 hours of self-learning by reading recipes, articles and tips were worth it. I have no teacher or mentor, but that's okay, I figured I just want to give it a try (even if I fail). I'm so glad I didn't hihi.

The most tiring part was the kneading part. This was my very first time, and it was definitely taking a toll on my arms haha (a good arm exercise). The most rewarding part is when I took it out of the oven all brown and smelling really good. I'm smiling ear to ear when my parents said they liked it.

Today is definitely a good day :3
